While just about every appellation in the Rhône produces wines of power, depth and richness, there can only be one King. Who will ascend to the throne? Will it be House Hermitage or House Côte-Rôtie from the North, or House Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the South? Or, perhaps an overlooked, but up and coming appellation?
