Some of the most wonderful wine stories begin unexpectedly.
When Tony and Youmna Asseily purchased Château Biac in 2006, they never imagined the journey ahead. What began as a love affair with a beautiful Bordeaux estate overlooking the Garonne River became a remarkable family adventure in winemaking. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the Asseily family for years, and their warmth, generosity, and extraordinary hospitality are every bit as memorable as their wines.
This November, I’m delighted to welcome their son, Gabriel Asseily, to WineTastic for a special evening celebrating 20 years at Château Biac.
